These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the ElectIQ Election Intelligence Dashboard at electiq.us (the "Service"), operated by Klete LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
By creating an account, accessing, or using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.
You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this eligibility requirement. The Service is invite-only; access is granted at the sole discretion of the Company or authorized administrators.

You may also sign in using Google OAuth. By doing so, you authorize us to access your basic profile information (name, email, and profile picture) as described in our Privacy Policy.
Free Trial: New accounts may include a limited free trial period. At the end of the trial, you must subscribe to a paid plan to continue using premium features.
Billing: Paid subscriptions are billed through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge the payment method on file for recurring subscription fees.
Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through the billing section of your account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.
Price Changes: We reserve the right to change subscription prices with at least 30 days' prior notice. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
You may use the Service for lawful purposes related to election research, campaign strategy, and civic engagement analysis. You agree not to:
The Service, including its design, features, code, AI-generated analysis, and all associated content, is the exclusive property of Klete LLC and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for its intended purpose during your active subscription.
Election data, district information, and analytics provided through the Service are compiled from publicly available sources and proprietary analysis. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that all data is complete, current, or error-free. The Service is intended for informational and strategic purposes only and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for any legal, financial, or electoral decisions.
The Service utilizes artificial intelligence to generate summaries, analysis, and insights. AI-generated content is provided "as is" and may contain inaccuracies. You are responsible for independently verifying any information obtained through AI features before relying on it for decision-making.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, KLETE LLC AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS PAID BY YOU TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Klete LLC and its affiliates from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we determine, in our sole discretion, violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Hawaii, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved in the courts located in Hawaii.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the effective date. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms shall otherwise remain in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Klete LLC regarding the use of the Service and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
